These words, spoken by the legendary vocal coach Dr. Wesley A. Boyd, were used to describe DESIREE JORDAN.... 'Who is Desiree Jordan?', you may ask, and in a very short amount of time, people have come to know, hear, and experience the talent that is Desiree Jordan...
Born in Washington, DC and reared in Silver Spring, MD, DESIREE JORDAN is an Alternative-Soul singer/songwriter/pianist. She is currently writing and arranging her debut project. In addition, she leads her own Alternative-Soul band, DeseJo, on an intense marketing and branding movement, performing throughout the DC-Metro area, and connecting with audiences at a variety of venues… on an effort to "Keep Good Music Alive"!
Desiree is the Founder and CEO of DeseJo Entertainment, an all-encompassing entertainment company which works with the branding, development and promoting of artists, including international sensation, Que (formerly of VH1's 'Making the Band 4' and the R&B group Day 26).
Not only is DESIREE JORDAN an artist and an entrepreneur, she also gives back to her community by currently serving as the director of Anointed Praise, a multi-generational choir at her home church.
